Enz conducts lessons seriously and is always encouraging. Her pronunciation is clear and I like that she gives truthful feedback about my language skills. I had lessons with other Chinese teachers for 5 years and I think Enz is one of the best. I definitely found my teacher.

I definitely recommend lessons with Sereta. For the last year I've been trying to learn Chinese on my own, but I felt like I was hitting a wall and didn't understand a lot, so I decided to try some online lessons. After the lessons with Sereta, I understood a lot. In the lessons we talk a lot and it is more productive way for me to learn. Now I'm having much more fun speaking Chinese!

I had a very pleasant and interesting first lesson, and I signed up for the next one already. The teacher gave me some good tips on how to improve my Chinese learning. I think his experience with other languages helps him to understand particular problems of more advanced students. Wendy speaks clearly, with a neutral accent, has positive energy, and gives confident vibe from the start. I recommend him.

Leave a requestChinese is the most widely spoken language in the world, it is gaining popularity and is needed by so many people working in business, international trade and relations. Mastering this language will open up new horizons for you, the opportunity to live and study in one of the most developed countries in Asia, as well as conduct business with Chinese partners.
It takes a few years to learn Chinese from scratch, at least two years, and only then will you have some basis. It is not reasonable to exclude individual elements, hieroglyphics, phonetics or oral speech. Classes with a native speaker can not be considered a definite plus for the beginner. At the intermediate and late stages of learning the language, it is difficult to do without communication with the Chinese, but for beginners it is important that their teacher once passed through the same path and knew all the difficulties.
Chinese as well as other popular languages today can be studied not only with boring textbooks or with a teacher, but also in an interactive online format, which will make the learning process easier and more fun.
Online classes are the best way to learn Chinese, no matter what your goal is. They help you save time and allow you to study at a pace that is comfortable for you. This format of learning allows you to learn Chinese from scratch anywhere in the world and adds flexibility to the learning process.

Many of the Chinese teachers on our platform are native speakers. At the lessons you can get acquainted with pronunciation and accent as well as learn firsthand about the culture and customs of the country.
What is the cost of a Chinese lesson?
The type and number of classes, and the qualifications and experience of the Chinese teachers are determining factors in the cost of tuition.
What is HSK?
HSK (汉语水平考试 Hànyǔ Shuǐpíng Kǎoshì) is a standardized Chinese language proficiency test for non-native speakers. The HSK has 6 levels. The division into levels is done according to the vocabulary a participant must possess. For Level 1 it is 150 words, for Level 6 it is 5 thousand words. Accordingly, the complexity of grammatical structures also increases with each level.
Is Chinese grammar very complicated?
Chinese grammar is not complicated, but it is unusual for us. There is a strict word order in the sentence - subject, predicate, and complement. There is an inversion, but it follows the rules. In Chinese, the word form does not change, there are no inflections or conjugations.
What to do to memorize characters and words effectively?
Learn single syllables (the characters that make up words). Knowing single syllables allows you to guess the meaning of a word. Understand what parts a character is made up of. Hieroglyphs consist of keys and graphemes. The key is in every hieroglyph, it is needed to search in dictionary and also sometimes defines what kind of concepts a word belongs to. The graphemes can sometimes tell you how to read a character, and often make them easier to remember.
How do I remember what all the characters mean?
There are about 70,000 characters in the largest dictionary of the Chinese language. But nowadays, it's customary to count not the number of characters but the number of words. The language of everyday communication in most languages is based on 1200-2000 words. Most words of the Chinese language are two-syllable, they consist of two characters. Hieroglyphs are often repeated in words, so their number is less.
