This is my daughter's best teacher. The lessons are very engaging and structured, the teacher shows pictures and asks my daughter to describe them. They also read short stories together and then the teacher asks questions about what they have read. At the end of the lesson, Hugo gives a file with new words or vocabulary. I like this teacher's approach and I can see my daughter's progress.

Feng is a good teacher. My daughter had a specific request, which was to help her with a presentation she had for her Chinese class at school. The daughter was very nervous, but Feng was patient and willing to help her. The child continues to learn and she really likes the teacher.

Enz conducts lessons seriously and is always encouraging. Her pronunciation is clear and I like that she gives truthful feedback about my language skills. I had lessons with other Chinese teachers for 5 years and I think Enz is one of the best. I definitely found my teacher.

I definitely recommend lessons with Sereta. For the last year I've been trying to learn Chinese on my own, but I felt like I was hitting a wall and didn't understand a lot, so I decided to try some online lessons. After the lessons with Sereta, I understood a lot. In the lessons we talk a lot and it is more productive way for me to learn. Now I'm having much more fun speaking Chinese!

I had a very pleasant and interesting first lesson, and I signed up for the next one already. The teacher gave me some good tips on how to improve my Chinese learning. I think his experience with other languages helps him to understand particular problems of more advanced students. Wendy speaks clearly, with a neutral accent, has positive energy, and gives confident vibe from the start. I recommend him.

Why learn Chinese?
Chinese is the most widely spoken language in the world, it is gaining popularity and is needed by so many people working in business, international trade and relations. Mastering this language will open up new horizons for you, the opportunity to live and study in one of the most developed countries in Asia, as well as conduct business with Chinese partners.
It takes a few years to learn Chinese from scratch, at least two years, and only then will you have some basis. It is not reasonable to exclude individual elements, hieroglyphics, phonetics or oral speech. Classes with a native speaker can not be considered a definite plus for the beginner. At the intermediate and late stages of learning the language, it is difficult to do without communication with the Chinese, but for beginners it is important that their teacher once passed through the same path and knew all the difficulties.
Chinese as well as other popular languages today can be studied not only with boring textbooks or with a teacher, but also in an interactive online format, which will make the learning process easier and more fun.
Tips for learning Chinese
Online classes are the best way to learn Chinese, no matter what your goal is. They help you save time and allow you to study at a pace that is comfortable for you. This format of learning allows you to learn Chinese from scratch anywhere in the world and adds flexibility to the learning process.
If you want to optimize and accelerate your learning, you can use some strategies in addition to online Chinese lessons:
- Watch movies in Chinese: The goal, especially if you are taking a beginner's Chinese class, is not for you to understand the conversation, but for you to get used to the rhythm and tone of the pronunciation. In Chinese, the same syllable is pronounced in one of the four tones completely changes the meaning of a word, and you can only learn how to use them correctly by practice.
- Repeat basic words and expressions: if you have several sets of basic words such as greetings, numbers, colors or even names, you can practice both pronunciation and writing to check how far you have come in learning the language.
- Take advantage of Chinese practice apps: a good addition to lessons with a teacher is to practice in specialized language apps designed for self-study of Chinese at beginner and intermediate levels.
- Watching video tutorials on YouTube: although not as efficient as working with a teacher, you can find free Chinese courses on YouTube to reinforce what you are learning. Always ask your teacher for personalized advice according to your level.
How to get the most out of online Chinese lessons
In order to get the most benefit, you need to become an organized person, be consistent in your learning, and put into practice everything you are taught.
- Learn Chinese everyday: it doesn't matter if you have lessons or not. Reinforce what you've learned every day and set aside at least half an hour a day to improve your level.
- Show interest in the language: one of the best ways to accelerate learning is to actively participate. Ask questions, participate in forums, speak without fear of making mistakes, ask your Chinese teacher for resources and tools to help you improve your language.
- Make a study plan: organize your study time with a schedule, and set short- and long-term goals.
