Florence is very easy to communicate with. And because she smiles and laughs all the time, all the lessons were very enjoyable. She gave me many opportunities to talk in a trial lesson (in different tenses), understood what my current level was and what I needed to improve my Spanish. Very motivated and outgoing teacher with a great approach. Would recommend!

Another great class, Florence is encouraging, strict enough to keep you on topic, and corrects my pronunciation without making me feel stupid. She is also very informative about the cultural aspects and differences between South America and Spain.

My daughter has really enjoyed her lessons with Mrs Florence. She helps review previous lessons and also provides ample opportunities for speaking practice. In addition, I appreciate that she assigns homework after each lesson to reinforce what she has learnt. She takes the time to discuss her approach to teaching and what she intends to give in future lessons.

Florence is very helpful with pronunciation and doesn't mind if I ask a lot of questions when I don't understand something. We don't move on until I have fully learnt the material. She is great and easy to talk to. Highly recommended!
