About the teacher
Learning languages is my passion. I enjoy learning the art of communication with people from different parts of the world.
I have a professional certificate in teaching Arabic to non-native speakers from the American University in Cairo.
I believe that learning a language not only allows you to speak it, but also teaches you about the mentality, history and culture of the people who speak it. This is a goal I aim to achieve by teaching Arabic, I hope to pass on my Syrian culture through language, syntax and grammar (in a fun way, without rigid teaching methods!
I draw on many different books and resources when teaching Modern Standard, and I compile my own materials when teaching Arabic (Levantine).

This is my tenth lesson with Faten, she is always patient and kind to me while I try to recite the words and some grammar expressions I have learnt. I am very happy that I started from scratch and can now form basic sentences and conversations. I highly recommend studying with Faten.
